The Chamber Steak Cookout is an annual event where you can enjoy an evening of fun, food, and a chance to connect with fellow members! We usually have anywhere from 150+ in attendance, and if you attend you are sure to have a good time.

The event consists of a social hour with free drinks, a dessert auction, a steak dinner, and a LOT of networking!

2026 Steak Cookout

Step back into the Roaring 20s and join us for the Chamber’s Annual Steak Cookout Fundraiser from 6:00–9:00 PM for an evening of great food, lively conversation, and vintage flair. Dust off your pearls, shine your shoes, and get ready for a night inspired by the glamour and excitement of the Jazz Age.

The evening begins with a social hour from 6:00–7:00 PM, featuring drinks—including a themed signature cocktail—followed by a delicious steak dinner and our popular Silent Dessert Auction. Steaks for the evening are sourced from Gillispie Meats, paired with potatoes, salad, and bread. Individual registration is $35 per person, which includes social hour drinks and dinner.

Interested in receiving special recognition at the event as a “Steak”holder sponsor? This opportunity is open to all Chamber members. Sponsorship is $350 and includes:

• Recognition as a sponsor on event communications and social media
• Your company name and logo featured in the sponsor presentation at the event
• First-in-line honors at the event
• Four event reservations

Have a dessert worthy of the Jazz Age spotlight? Donate your signature cake, cookies, or pie to our Silent Dessert Auction and help support the Chamber’s mission to lead, support, and influence economic vitality in our community. Sweet treats are always a highlight of the evening and a favorite among bidders.
