Golf Tournament

Each year, the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce hosts its Annual Golf Tournament at Sand Creek Station Golf Course. This event brings Chamber members, local businesses, and community leaders together for a day of networking, friendly competition, and relationship building.

Whether you’re an experienced golfer or just looking for a fun day on the course, everyone is welcome. Teams of four enjoy 18 holes of golf, complimentary drinks, lunch, a player goodie bag, games throughout the course, and opportunities to win great prizes through raffles and contests.

The Chamber Golf Tournament provides a unique opportunity to connect with the local business community while supporting the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to strengthen and promote business in Newton and Harvey County.

2026 Annual Chamber Golf Tournament

The 2026 Annual Chamber Golf Tournament was held on Friday, June 5, at Sand Creek Station Golf Course (920 Meadowbrook Dr., Newton). Registration began at 8:00 a.m., followed by a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.

Throughout the day, golfers enjoyed 18 holes of play, networking opportunities, contests, raffles, refreshments, and lunch. Thank you to our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year’s tournament a success.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Whether or not you have a team entered into the tournament, you can sign up to be a hole sponsor, corporate sponsor, or title sponsor for the golf tournament. If you choose to sponsor in any capacity, you have the opportunity to have a tent placed at a hole to offer some sort of fun, interactive promotions for golfers. Here are additional perks you get for each level of sponsorship:

• Hole Sponsor – $250: Does not include a team. We will put up a sign at a hole with your business name and logo, and your logo will be included on the sponsor banner at the event. You will also receive recognition in event promotions, and you will have the opportunity to set up an activity/tent at your hole the day of the tournament if you’d like.
• Corporate Sponsor – $700: Includes a team registration. We will put up a sign at a hole with your business name and logo, a poster in the dining area, and you will receive recognition in event promotions. You have the opportunity to set up an activity/tent at your hole the day of the tournament.
• Title Sponsor – $1500: Includes a team registration. We will put up a sign at a hole with your business name and logo, a poster in the dining area, and you will receive recognition in event promotions. You will also receive a message on the golf cart GPS, and permission to work with our event coordinator to have a tent at a hole and do other creative things to promote your business at the event.
