Deck Downtown

Deck Downtown is an annual event that takes place at the beginning of December. Downtown businesses decorate their windows and community members vote online for their favorite displays. Since downtown Newton is the heart of our community, we want to make it a destination – a special place to shop, eat and enjoy – during the holiday season. The cheerful window displays help brighten up main street and add a special holiday feel to our community! All businesses can participate – not just Chamber members.

The fun part is, the community gets to be the judge of which windows are best! Community members have the opportunity to vote online or in person for their favorite window displays. Votes can be cast online or in-person. Only one vote is allowed per person.

The winners will be announced online and in the local newspapers following the close of voting. After voting ends, we still encourage business owners to keep up their decorations through the Christmas holiday.
